Apply an appropriate amount after applying toner to the skin.  Recommended to lightly apply the serum after washing your face before using toner for more effective results.  It is also recommended to concentrate on patting it onto areas of concern.  Due to bitter orange flower oil derived from the flowers and not the neroli peel, it does not have phototoxicity like neroli.  You can safely use it during the day as well.
